1. Seller

2. Products and prices
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable taxes where relevant. We may change prices and availability at any time without notice, without affecting already confirmed orders.
3. Orders
The sales contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse an order in case of pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal through Shopify Payments and certified providers.
5. Shipping
Free shipping across Europe. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
EU customers have 30 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
7. Legal warranty
The statutory warranty of conformity applies under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
8. Aftercare
We offer lifetime aftercare for manufacturing defects, subject to evaluation by our team.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the product, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the European Union.
